Previous Story: Mozzie needs Peter and Neal's help with a scam to take down a mobster from Detroit, A Detroit gangster with ties to Mozzie comes to Manhattan, risking a mob war. Peter and Neal take steps to prevent violence by helping Mozzie pull off an old scam designed to take down the mobster. Neal and Peter go undercover as wealthy bachelors to lure a black widow into a trap. A teenage con man goes on a crime spree in New York. A crime spree committed by a teenage conman brings back memories of a young Neal Caffrey. A prominent New York bank falls victim to an expert hacker, so Neal goes on a spending spree in the criminal's name to force him to expose himself. A hacker empties a bank's accounts, so Neal assumes the thief's identity and goes on a spending spree in order to force the criminal to surface.

Jones' classmate from the Naval Academy goes missing, prompting Peter and Neal to investigate an international private-security team, which could be linked to the disappearance. In order to find out what happened to one of Jones' classmates from the Naval Academy who disappeared, Neal and Peter help Jones investigate the case.

Neal seeks the help of a beautiful Egyptologist in order to catch his old foe Matthew Keller who returned to New York to smuggle Egyptian artifacts. Neal goes undercover with a beautiful Egyptologist (Eliza Dushku) in an attempt to apprehend Matthew Keller, who's smuggling Egyptian artifacts. But during a confrontation with Keller, Neal learns his true motives for returning to New York.

Now The final episode : When one of the paintings Mozzie and Neal stashed away is flagged, they have to be at their best to stay ahead of the FBI. Neal and Mozzie try to stay one step ahead of the FBI during an investigation into a treasure cache, which the pair secretly possess.
